How to Prepare the Sea Moss

(SPRING WATER ONLY) No heat/Blender method:

  1. Wash and clean sea Moss thoroughly
  2. In a large bowl place 1 oz. sea moss
  3. Cover with 3x the amount of water because sea moss will expand a lot
  4. Let sit in water for 24 hours
  5. Thoroughly wash again
  6. Place in blender and add 2x the amount or water/blend- add water or sea moss to get desired texture

Boiling Method

  1. Follow steps 1-5 (above)
  2. Place sea moss in a large pot
  3. Put enough water to cover sea moss
  4. Mix thoroughly
  5. Boil then turn on low until sea moss has a jelly like consistency
  6. Place in a blender and blender and blend until smooth
  7. Let cool, pour in glass container and place in refrigerator and enjoy
